Teams and the team board
Drag players into teams, assign staff and see instantly which teams are not yet full. Departments and committees work the same way.
Collect membership fees
Create a run per team, age group or membership type. Invoices, instalments and reminders go out automatically; payment via iDEAL or direct debit, processed by Mollie.
Roles and permissions
Unlimited users. Member administration sees members, the treasurer sees money, the coach only sees their own team.
Discipline and absence
Cards, suspensions and fines recorded against the member, charged on to their fees when that is the agreement.
Communicate directly
Select a team, age group or all parents and send in one click via email, WhatsApp, website and social media.

About members & teams.
What does member administration cost in Loyal2Sports?
€1.50 per member per year. A club with 400 members pays €600 per year, or €50 per month. Fee invoicing, team assignment and the link to communication are included.
Can I import our members from Sportlink?
Yes, with the Sportlink import wizard. You import members and teams as often as you like; existing members are recognised and updated rather than duplicated, so a monthly import is perfectly safe.
Can members pay their fees in instalments?
Yes. Per fee product you set whether it is paid in one go, quarterly or monthly. Loyal2Sports queues the instalment invoices and sends reminders automatically.
Do coaches see every member’s details?
No. You decide per role what is visible. A coach only sees their own team, member administration sees all members and the treasurer sees the money, with no per-user licences.
