Are there any hidden costs?
No. There is no setup fee, no per-user charge and no cost for onboarding, training or data migration. iDEAL and direct debit carry the rates of your own Mollie account, which we do not mark up.
What exactly is the 20% Complete discount?
Switch on all six modules and 20% comes off the total. Because it is a percentage rather than a flat fee, the discount scales with your club. A club of 1,500 members gets proportionally the same discount as one of 200.
Can we cancel monthly?
Yes. You are not tied to anything and pay nothing for the first three months. If you stop, you can export your data.
Do we pay for members who have left?
No. You pay per active member per year. Members you deregister no longer count at the next billing round.
How many users are included?
Unlimited, in every module. You create your own roles and permissions, so you never have to choose who gets access.
