Tickets with a QR code
Buyers get their ticket by email with a QR code. At the door you scan with an ordinary phone. No equipment needed.
Payment and bookkeeping
iDEAL payments go to the club account and land as clean revenue in the same records as fees and sponsorship.
Sign-ups with details
Ask exactly what you need: team name, shirt size, dietary requirements or age group, and export the list whenever you want.
Calendar on your website
Every event appears automatically in the calendar on the club site, including the sign-up button.
Invite and remind
Invite an audience through the communication module and let a reminder follow automatically just before the date.

Is event management really free?
Yes. As soon as you take one paid module, Events and Club Communication are free, with no limit on events or tickets.
Are there transaction fees?
iDEAL payments carry the rates of your own Mollie account; those are separate from Loyal2Sports and we do not mark them up. During onboarding we set this up together on your own account.
Can we scan tickets at the door?
Yes, with any phone or tablet. A scanned ticket cannot be used again, so forwarded screenshots only work once.
Does the event appear on our website too?
Yes, if you use the website module it appears in the calendar automatically. If you have your own site, you embed the event page or simply share the link.
