Public events, and your own record in your hands
Public event on a slot: Make a training session, tournament or open day public. Visitors sign up without an account, and the sign-ups land on the slot itself.
Month view on the planning board: The same calendar as the public agenda, with filters for space, type and customer.
Cancelling with a reason: Anyone cancelling says why, and the planner sees it straight away instead of just a hole in the rota.
Download my data: Every user can download their own record in a single file, as the GDPR requires in articles 15 and 20.
A log you cannot quietly rewrite: Everything that happens to a personal record goes into a chain that checks itself, with anchors kept outside the database.
One login, one record: An administrator who also volunteers is now one person in the system instead of two separate records.

Planning is running at the first clubs
Shifts, jobs and spaces on one board: With a day cockpit showing who is on today, and who still needs a call.
"New slot" has become a wizard: Five steps instead of one big form, in the words your kind of organisation actually uses.
The gaps list: At a glance: which roles are still unfilled, and who is already covering which.
Shift types you create yourself: Bar duty, driving, refereeing or whatever else your club needs, without having to ask us.
Roles and access per person: Grant a role with a period and a reason, and several roles add up properly.
The sponsor designs their own board: In the board studio, and the result goes to the printer ready as EPS, JPG or PNG.

From an empty screen to a published offer
Build a sponsorship package in six steps: The public card updates live beside you as you build, so you see what the sponsor will see.
Checkout without a membership: The public checkout now works for people who are not members, private or business, switched on per channel.
One-off and per-item in instalments: A one-off product now gets a real period as well, and may be paid in instalments.
The account number is in the invoice email: Anyone paying by transfer sees the IBAN from the club settings, instead of having to ring up.
Services get their own public page: A separate channel for services, without building a second website for it.

The bookkeeper reads the invoice straight in
E-invoice as UBL 2.1: Download your invoice in the standard accounting packages read directly, with no retyping.
See the discount before you sign: The contract wizard uses the same engine as the public checkout, so no different figure turns up afterwards.
No invoice that does not add up: The system refuses to save an invoice whose lines do not add up to the total.
Donate in two steps: A donation channel of your own with a receipt and a thank-you email, with no middleman.
Messages with rows and columns: The message builder understands columns, and it holds up in email, on the website and in the editor.
A real product in your newsletter: Highlight a product or a sponsor from your own catalogue, without any copying and pasting.

The public side handles its own payments
From basket to payment: The public checkout runs straight through to the payment environment and back to the club.
Requesting a quote: A visitor requests a quote and it arrives as a lead, not as a loose email someone has to remember.
Email that does not keep you waiting: Transactional email goes through a queue, so a slow mail server no longer holds up the screen.
Pickup locations: Set where ordered kit or materials can be collected.

About updates.
Do updates cost extra?
No. Every new feature inside a module you already have is included. You only pay if you switch on an extra module.
Do we need to install or update anything?
No. Loyal2Sports runs in the browser; a new version is simply there the next time you log in. There is no update button and no maintenance window.
Can we request features?
Yes, and it happens. A large part of what is listed here came from club requests. Mention it during onboarding or email info@loyal2sports.nl.
Where can I see what is coming?
We share what we are working on via LinkedIn. Currently in development are the VEO integration and direct bank integrations with ING, Rabobank and ABN AMRO.
