About volunteers.
What does volunteer management cost?
€1 per volunteer per year. A club with 100 volunteers therefore pays €100 per year, or just over €8 per month. Communication and events come free.
Is a coach also a member?
Often yes, and that stays the case. A person exists once in the system and can be a member, coach, volunteer and sponsor at the same time. Nothing is entered twice.
Does Loyal2Sports account for volunteer allowance rules?
You record the agreed allowance per volunteer and see the yearly total paid out, so you can check for yourself whether you stay within the tax limits. We confirm the current maximum amounts during onboarding.
Can we pay out through the bank?
You create a payout round with a complete overview per person and submit it to your bank or bookkeeping. Direct bank integrations with ING, Rabobank and ABN AMRO are in development.
